We work with customers to design and build custom float systems for lake or ocean. Whether you’re imagining a simple float or a complex system, we can make it a reality for you.
Our floats are built by hand, in Camden, out of high-quality materials.
We have a team of experienced professionals that have been doing this for years.

We have mastered the logistics of difficult placements around water-based structures and are well equipped to provide strong and safe anchorage options. Once your custom float is built, we will deliver it to you and install it on your property.
An abutment is a solid platform securing the float system to shore that allows access to the float.

Once your float has been installed, we provide maintenance and storage services. Our annual inspection extends the life and look of your float system. We perform maintenance including:
Repairing and replacing rotten & broken wood
Fixing and replacing anchors & chains
Sanding, sealing & staining
Pressure washing
At the end of the season, when its time to take your float out, we offer a variety of storage options depending on your location.

The service that Lake City Floats provides is unmatchable. We are professionals who truly know and care about out work. We are on the lake all season monitoring our customers float systems. Mother nature can be harsh, between severe high winds and extreme high and low water levels, some adjustments might be needed throughout the season.
Our floats have been tested and proven themselves over time. That is why we provide a 15 year structural guarantee an all our new float systems; this does not include moorings, chains, and decking.

We have a team of carpenters with a wide range of experience and expertise. We specialize in custom decks, patios, and pergolas. We also offer painting, remodeling, and general repair services.

Lake City Company has the heavy equipment required to dig below frost and move earth. We use this equipment to dig solid foundations, and are happy to help with smaller projects such as stump removal, minor road repairs, and landscaping.

In the same facility we use to build our floats, we also pre-build custom, high-end sheds, gazebos and other outbuildings. These are not your run-of-the-mill sheds. They can be finished off however you’d like; up to and including an insulated, completely finished studio space or micro-home.
Once it’s built, we then deliver it to your property and install it on site.
